The role
What you actually do.
You own the full process — from walking in the door to the owner's first week live. That's why the commission is meaningful.
You find the business
Coffee shops, restaurants, hair salons, delis — any local business that runs a loyalty programme or should be. You walk in, you pitch.
You sign them up
Create their account, set up their loyalty programme, and download their QR code — all in about 15 minutes using their phone or yours.
You walk them through the dashboard
Show the owner how to check their customer list, view stamp activity, and send a broadcast. It's simple — you'll know it inside out within a day.
You brief the staff
The most important step. A barista who says 'scan this for your loyalty card' converts. A QR sticker that sits there does nothing. You make sure the team knows.
We train you before you start. We'll walk you through the platform, give you a demo script, and make sure you're confident. Most agents are ready within a day.

Common questions.
Do I need sales experience?
It helps, but it's not required. The product sells itself once someone understands it. What matters more is being personable, persistent, and reliable.
How do I learn the product well enough to demo it?
We'll walk you through everything before you go out. The platform is genuinely simple — most agents will feel confident after a single session with us.
How is my commission calculated?
It's based on which plan the business activates — R500 for Starter, R800 for Growth, R1,500 for Premium. You're rewarded for signing the right plan, not just the cheapest one.
When do I get paid?
Within 30 days of the business activating their paid subscription. The delay ensures the business is genuinely live and using the platform. EFT straight to your account.
What if the business signs up on the free plan?
Free plan activations don't qualify for commission — only paid plans do. You can still sign a business up on free if they're hesitant, but your goal is a paid conversion.
Is there a limit to how many businesses I can sign?
No limit. The more businesses you activate, the more you earn. There are no targets either — this is entirely on your own schedule.
Do I work exclusively for Lekka?
No. This isn't employment. You're an independent agent — you can work other gigs alongside this.
What area can I work in?
