Head to lekkacard.co.za/signup — it's free. Fill in your details and verify your email address to activate your card.
Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link inside. This activates your Lekka account and links all your stamps to your profile.
For the quickest access, add Lekka to your phone's home screen. iPhone: tap the Share icon in Safari → "Add to Home Screen". Android: tap the three dots in Chrome → "Add to Home screen".
Once you're signed in, your Wallet is home base. Everything you need is one tap away.
All your active loyalty cards live here. Scroll through them to see your stamp progress at each business — how many you have, and how many until your next reward.
Tap "Explore Rewards" or visit the Search page to discover new places. Search by name, area (e.g. "Somerset West"), or type of business (e.g. "Coffee").
Tap the bell icon to see broadcasts and special offers from businesses you've joined. Vendors use this to share promotions with their loyalty members.
Stamping takes less than three seconds. Here's all you need to do.
Businesses display a Lekka QR code poster at the till. Look for the purple Lekka stamp icon — it's usually right next to the card machine.
Open your phone's camera and point it at the code, or tap "Scan a Code" in your Lekka wallet. Either way works.
You'll be taken to a confirmation page. If it's your first visit, you'll join that business's programme and receive your first stamp straight away. Returning members just get the stamp — done.
Left your phone at home? Give the staff your registered email address or phone number and they can add your stamp manually from their dashboard. Your progress is never lost.
Your cards update in real time the moment you scan. You'll always know exactly where you stand.
Each card shows a grid with your current progress — for example, 4 of 10 stamps collected. It updates in real time the moment you scan.
The card shows exactly what you're working towards — for example, "Free Flat White" — so you always know what's waiting when your card is full.
Scroll down in your wallet to see a full log of every stamp you've earned and every reward you've claimed, across all the businesses you've joined.
When your card is full, the reward is yours. No voucher codes, no paper slips — just tap, show, and enjoy.
When your card is full, a "Claim My Reward" button appears automatically on your card. You'll see it as soon as the final stamp is collected.
When you're at the counter and ready to use your reward, tap the button. You don't need to ask staff first — just tap and show.
A full-screen confirmation appears with your reward details and a timestamp. Show this screen to the staff — that's all they need to see.
Your card resets to zero stamps automatically. No voucher codes, no paper slips. Start earning toward your next reward straight away.
Know a local business that should be on Lekka? Refer them and earn a R250 Takealot voucher if they sign up to a paid plan. There's no limit to how many you can refer.
Tap your profile icon and scroll down to the "Refer a Business" section. You'll find your unique referral link there.
Copy your link and send it to the business owner via WhatsApp or email. The link pre-fills their sign-up details so it's easy for them to get started.
If the business signs up to a paid Lekka plan, we'll send you a R250 Takealot voucher as a thank you. There's no limit to how many businesses you can refer.
Lekka is POPIA compliant. From your Profile page you can update your details, manage notification preferences, and download or delete your data at any time.

First, check that you're signed into the correct account. If the stamp still isn't showing, ask the staff to add it manually via their Stamp Station. If the issue persists, reach out via our Help Centre.
No — stamps are tied to your account and cannot be transferred. Each person needs their own Lekka account to collect stamps.
